Hey Cowboys Nation!

I'm incredibly honored and excited to share this season with all of you! It's a dream come true to be part of the best drumline & dance team in the NFL, and I'm humbled to step into this journey alongside such talented and passionate teammates.

I was born in Grapevine, Texas, and I hold a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Texas, as well as an MBA and M.S. in Business Analytics from West Texas A&M University. I currently work as a Program Manager in the Aerospace and Defense industry, and I'm proud to contribute to innovative and meaningful work in that field.

Beyond the technical side of my career, I've always had a deep love for music and performance. I'm so grateful for the opportunity to continue sharing that passion with all of you. Being part of this team allows me to do what I love and connect with fans through rhythm and spirit.

I want to give a heartfelt thank you to my incredible wife, Laura, and our daughter, Eva—you are my biggest inspirations and supporters. I wouldn't be here without your love and encouragement.

This team has become a family, and I can't wait to show Cowboys Nation the hard work, passion, and dedication we bring to every game. Let's make this season unforgettable.

Let's Go Cowboys!

Jim

Number of years on the team: This is my first year on the starting line!

Prior Drum/Entertainment Industry Experience: Prior to joining DCR&B I marched on the drumline at Colleyville Heritage High School for four years, which included several local and national marching drumline competitions and snare drum solos. Outside of NFL season, I also perform in the Orchestra at my local church for Sunday morning services, concerts and musicals.

Nicknames: Most of my family and old friends call me Jimmy because my Dad's name is also Jim! But I'll respond to almost anything, Jimbo, Jimbob, SlimJim, Jim-Jam, Jimmy Neutron, Jiminy Cricket, JimmyCrackCornAndIDontCare…

Hometown: Grapevine, Texas (the Christmas Capital of Texas!)

I drum because: It means a lot to be able to share the God-given gift of music with people who enjoy it.

What I like to do most besides drum is: I love chasing my 2-year-old daughter around the house and building financial spreadsheets (I am a super nerd when it comes to personal finance).

I've always wanted to: I am super competitive, so I have always wanted to complete an Ironman triathlon, be a contestant on the Price is Right or the Amazing Race!

Advice to Youngsters: Confidence is silent, but insecurities are loud, so work hard, be humble and let your actions do the talking.

My biggest role model is: My Dad. He taught me how to be a good man, father, and husband. And playing around on his dusty old mint green drum set when I was a child was my first introduction to the percussive arts!

What I enjoy most about being a DCRB Drummer is: I really enjoy the friendships. When you spend so much time together as a team, doing what you love, it naturally builds a fun camaraderie unlike anything else.

Favorite Cowboys player past or present: Jason Witten. His toughness and grit were unmatched.

Favorite Performer: Michael Bublé was really good Live!

Favorite Music: I like to alternate between just about every genre of music. Lately I am on a 90s/2000s punk rock kick.

Favorite Quotes: You can't throw stones while washing feet.

The three guests I would invite to my fantasy dinner party are (dead or alive): Jesus, Mark Cuban, Joe Rogan
